Zeiss CellObserver Spinning Disk
Spinning disc microscopy is ideal for fast confocal imaging. It is especially useful when imaging fast processes in live cells, for time lapses in 3D or recording large stacks, taking advantage of a new-generation sCMOS camera (Orca Flash 4.0 Fusion by Hamamatsu).
The Cell Observer is also equipped with an advanced Widefield module. By combining fast switching LEDs ranging from UV (365 nm) to red (590 nm) with a sCMOS camera (Orca Flash 4.0 LT by Hamamatsu) sensitive, gentle live cell imaging is possible.
