Light microscopes

CFIM features six single point scanning confocal systems (three of them with Airyscan2 detectors), a spinning disc system, a laser microdissection system, two slide scanner, a Zoom fluorescence microscope with Apotome, two Light Sheet Microscopes, a SIM square microscope, a dual color SMLM microscope and a STED microscope. The facility offers access to a wet cell laboratory for final step preparation of live specimens prior to imaging.
