STELLARIS 8 DIVE FALCON

The STELLARIS DIVE FALCON is an advanced multiphoton and confocal imaging system designed for deep-tissue, multicolor fluorescence imaging.

Equipped with the 4Tune spectrally tunable non-descanned detector, the system allows you to define up to four detection bands simultaneously—or an unlimited number when imaging sequentially—anywhere within the emission spectrum. This flexibility makes it easy to adapt to virtually any combination of fluorophores.

With STELLARIS DIVE, you can perform multiphoton imaging experiments with exceptional depth penetration, reaching beyond 1 mm, ideal for studying thick or living tissues. This capability enables detailed investigation of complex biological processes such as neuronal connectivity, organ architecture, dynamic cellular interactions, and spatial relationships between cells and proteins in vivo.

The FAst Lifetime COntrast (FALCON) module further enhances the system by enabling fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM). In addition to adding a new dimension of contrast through fluorescence lifetime information, this feature supports powerful applications for investigating cellular physiology and dynamics, biosensing, and protein interaction tracking.
